WE SEE CONSULTING

as accompanying people and organisations through different phases of their development. Our understanding of consulting is based on respecting differences, and on principles of self-responsibility and self-control.

VITALITY AND RESOURCE ORIENTATION

Consulting is characterized by the values, perception of human kind, and attitudes of the consultant. Our consulting work is guided by an attitude that always focuses on the resources of the individual.

  • The goal of this consulting perspective is to develop more vitality, greater flexibility, and more innovative strength within organisations. We understand vitality as adaptability to changing environments and resilience. Innovative strength plays a key role in the development of organisations.
We pose the following questions:
  • Which factors or conditions foster individuals’ enjoyment of their work and excellence within organisations?
  • As “social architects”, how can leaders contribute to creating a positive force in human interactions, which can be maintained in difficult situations?
  • How can leaders create a vitalising working atmosphere within an organisation?

SUSTAINABILITY AND TRANSFER

How our name developed in 1997 …
We decided to choose the name “Transfer”, as the sustainable implementation of work results is of great importance to us. Consultants leave organisations, but the knowledge and concepts remain and live on within organisations, thereby unfolding the lasting impact of the consulting.

  • Since the birth of Transfer, we have broadened our perspectives, we have let go of some ideas, and we have welcomed new approaches.
  • Wir starteten zu Dritt; inzwischen arbeiten wir anlaßbezogen mit ausgewählten Netzwerkpartnern zusammen
  • Working across network boundaries also allows us to handle larger projects.
  • We constantly engage in continued training in diverse areas to broaden our perspectives and reflect on our own work, thereby ensuring a high quality standard for our customers. Collegial intervision, supervision and work shadowing are an integral part of how we work.

PSYCHODYNAMIC APPROACH

The psychodynamic approach helps us to understand the underlying themes that guide organisations and individuals.

THE BEHAVIOURAL APPROACH

The behavioural approach aims to create a connection between understanding and realization. It is about developing strategies, which create options and shape the path to translate knowledge into practice.

SYSTEMTIC PERSPECTIVE

The systemic perspective combines both approaches and describes the effects of potential interventions on individuals and organisations, as well as the interactions involved with such interventions.
